Refund Policy

We will happily refund a customer for a product that has been unused and unopened.

Shipping costs are the customers responsibility.

By using this website and purchasing HEEL, you agree to the terms of service and acknowledge that you are purchasing this product at your own risk and discretion. You are also agreeing and acknowledging that you have sufficient knowledge and understanding of this product, its contents and how to use it. You are acknowledging that this product and its contents may be used as a tool to assist in certain pet ailments but it is not a cure for the root of the issue your pet may be experiencing. It is up to the owner to rewire, train and understand what the root of the issue is that is causing upset of any kind in their pet and approach the issue to find resolve. Heel may be a tool in assisting the resolution of the core issue within your pet but it is not the cure itself

You are acknowledging that you have done sufficient research on the product and the founder and understand the theory and approach of using this product in conjunction with a protocol to rewire trauma, anxiety or negative belief systems in animals and that is totally on you to do, as the owner of the pet.

Sarah Lea and HEEL will not be held responsible for any dissatisfaction of this product as you have agreed to taking any and all responsibility for the success and happiness of your own pet

HEEL is NOT going to take away fears of abandonment or other PTSD triggers in animals or humans, it may aid in the effects those triggers have on the body and mind but it will not completely remove the psychology behind these issues. 

You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it, unopened and in the original packaging
